New Leaders Training.

New Leaders Training is appropriate for
Principals/Assistant Principals
Special Education Directors
Business Administrators

Superintendents

Our Approach

Stepping into a building‑level leadership role is one of the most demanding transitions in education. The New Leaders Academy provides structured, high‑trust coaching and training to help new administrators build the skills, judgment, and confidence needed to lead schools effectively from day one. Our series blends practical leadership development and real‑world case studies with mentoring from experienced school and district leaders. Participants gain a safe, collegial space to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and build the habits of mind that support long‑term success.

What Districts Can Expect

New Principals and Assistant Principals will:

°Strengthen their leadership identity and learn how to lead adults with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
°Build foundational skills in instructional leadership, culture building, supervision, and operational management.
°Practice navigating real scenarios involving staff, students, families, and community partners.
°Receive ongoing coaching from former principals, supervisors, and central office leaders.
°Engage in reflective dialogue that supports problem‑solving, decision‑making, and systems thinking.
°Develop the communication and relational skills needed to maintain trust and stability in their school community
Each session begins with a facilitator‑led role‑play or scenario drawn from authentic school leadership experiences. These vignettes, highlighting both successes and missteps, invite participants to openly discuss challenges and explore multiple leadership approaches.

This can be personalized to your needs.

For individuals, we provide specialized mentoring as needed.
